Making the Tech in the Truck More Efficient

In his role as HVAC Technician Apprentice, Umar’s responsibilities will include attending our in-house HVAC installation classes 2 days per week and working as a paid employee in our operations department 3 days per week. The training program will be completed after 14 weeks, where we will work with our customers, residential HVAC contractors, to place him as a full-time installation technician.

Umar is a graduate of Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis. He enjoys playing video games, politics, science, and sports. He is a big Falcons fan! He also loves spending time with his family.
