Making the Tech in the Truck More Efficient

In his role as HVAC Technician Apprentice, Conner’s responsibilities will include attending our in-house HVAC
installation classes 2 days per week and working as a paid employee in our operations department 3 days per week. The training program will be completed after 14 weeks, where we will work with our customers, residential HVAC contractors, to place him as a full-time installation technician.

Conner is a graduate of Montour High School in McKees Rocks, PA. He enjoys hunting and sports – following the Steelers and the Penguins!
